Hello Rebel families,

Here are a few reminders to expect this month. Reminder emails to follow.

1. Practices will resume this Sunday (depending on attendance) @ 3 p.m. and continuing next week on Tuesday, January 6th @ Redwood Middle School; First game back is on Saturday, January 10th. We are playing team #5, Vogt at 1 p.m.

2. Sweatshirt apps and report cards are in; expect them mid Feb.

3. Pictures will be available on Jan. 10th, i will pick up and hopefully have them at the game.

4. Thanks to those of you who participated @ Toppers for the Family Night Fundraiser, the league made some money!

5. Our next Family Fundraiser is on Feb. 2, reminder email to follow.

6. Those of you who participated in the raffles, they have been turned in. Winners will be announced last game at the TOCC, however, the winners will also be posted on the website following the results.

Tomoorow is CYBA's Family Pizza Night Fundraiser @ Toppers Pizza, between 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - locate: 1416 Moorpark Rd, Thousand Oaks or call in an order: 385•4444 or 495•4444.

Toppers Pizza will donate 20% of pre-tax sales generated by our group!

How to Help: Just follow these steps to help raise funds!
1) Show this flyer (see attached) to the cashier when you place your order (or tell operator for phone orders).

FYI, No coupons or other discounts will be honored in conjunction with this fundraiser.

A few reminders
§ Picture Day is on Sunday, Dec. 14th at the TOCC at 2p.m. Per Legends request, arrive 15 min early for team lineup. *TOCC Located: 2525 N. Moorpark road, Thousand Oaks* As a reminder ALL players need to fill out the picture form, even if you are not ordering extra photos as the league supplies a package for every player. I will send paperwork to practice on tuesday.

§ All players must come to picture day with their form completely filled out and include payment if ordering extra pictures/items. CYBA picture package includes 1 composite memory mate, 4 individual wallets, and 1 custom photo button. Remember, as stated on the order forms, they are scanned by a computer so the printing needs to be accurate. Written printing errors will not be refunded.

§ Legends will not allow personal cameras during the photo sessions

On Picture Day
§ Arrive at the scheduled time slot at least 15 min early

§ Line up players tallest to smallest

A quick reminder, we are playing team B4 - McComb @ 3:20pm on court #1 at Redwood Middle School; located at 233 Gainsborough Rd. If you recieved your son's report card, please bring a copy of it and the raffles to the game.

The coach asked if there is anyone who will be willing to video the game tomorrow? Please let him know.

Hello Rebel families,

Gym administration is a fairly simple process; the administrator is at the scorer's table an hour prior to our home game. e.g. if our team is playing at 3:20 p.m., you will arrive at 2:20 p.m. and check in at the scores's table. You will observe that game until it is finished and available to watch our game the next hour.

The guidelines are simple:
1. ensure score sheets are filled out and completed to start the game
2. help keep correct score
3. if you are asked any questions, the rules are on the scorer's table
4. blue bin with score sheets, tape and first aid is organized for the next game
5. officials are not on their cell phones
6. game starts on time
7. nobody runs off with CYBA provided basketballs

The coaches and I would like to thank you for helping our team be successful for everyone and avoid receiving any forfeits; Thank You!
