Gym Monitor Volunteer List: The league requires each team to have a parent volunteer one hour prior to each of our Home games (schedule coming soon). We must list our 5 volunteers to receive our uniforms. No action is required at this time, but please be aware that these spots will need to be filled in the coming weeks once we receive our assigned games for monitoring.
The monitor is responsible for the following:
Ensure score sheets are filled out and complete, start the game on time, address any sportsmanship issues with coaches, parents, etc...

Academic Sweatshirts: The CYBA recognizes outstanding academic achievements. Students in K-2 who have received 2’s or higher (or S’s) will receive a CYBA academic sweatshirt. We will send more information out about this as the season progresses. Report cards will need to be turned in by January 8th .
Raffle Tickets: Each player will be given a booklet of raffle tickets to sell. Each booklet includes 12 $2 raffle tickets. After they sell 10 tickets ($20), they get to retain 2 tickets for themselves. More ticket booklets can be provided if needed. The money and raffle stubs along with any tickets not sold, are due January 8th. The raffle drawing will be held at the end of February on the last game day of the season at the Thousand Oaks Community Center. I will give the raffle tickets out tomorrow.
Here is a list of raffle items: Grand Prize - A 50" Flatscreen TV! Other prizes include: Apple iPad, Game System, iPod Touch, iPad Mini, Dr. Dre Beats Headphones, iTunes Gift Cards, Free Family CYBA Registrations.
