Welcome to the 2009/2010 CYBA Winter online registration!
 
The online registration price is $185
 
CYBA REFUND POLICY:
100% minus $25 processing fee before draft; No refunds after the draft.
 
CYBA winter league tryouts will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2009 and Saturday, October 3, 2009. Please see the
CYBA Orange Book or visit www.cyba.org for times and locations. League games begin on Saturday, December 5, 2009.
Practices are held during the week at either Redwood or Los Cerritos Middle Schools, with games being held on Saturdays at
Colina, Los Cerritos, and Redwood Middle Schools. Teams will be formed by draft on Tuesday, October 13, 2009. Practices
may begin November 2, 2009. Players per team will be determined by available coaches. If you are willing to coach, please
email easyoneasyoff2004@yahoo.com with the grade level and indicate boy’s or girl’s division. Players must be entering 1st
– 12th grade fall 2009/10 school year. Refund requests presented with appropriate validation will be accepted prior to
Draft Day. Refund requests received subsequent to Draft Day will require approval from the CYBA Board of Directors.

-  In order to register online you must first create a user name and password.  You can do this below on this form as a "new user" or press the Register Icon on your navigator located on the left hand side  - Please remember your user name and password in order to take advantage of the features of this website.  If you should forget your password you may click on the Forgot your Password icon in your navigator to generate a new password for your account.

- If you are using Internet Explorer V 6 please upgrade by clicking for a free upgrade to Internet Explorer V 7+ or to Mozilla Firefox

- For Credit Card payment you must enter the correct billing address of your credit card and the 3 digit CVV number iin order for the registration to process.

- After successful registration you will recieve an automatic generated receipt.

- If you need to edit/change your order after you filled out the registration form you will notice 2 buttons at the button of the screen  -- "Cancel" and "Review Order"
Press Cancel  -- go up to your order and you will notice check boxes that you can check to remove the unwanted orders  -- Press Update Order and then Checkout.  

- Please be aware that pressing the "back" button on your browser after you filled out the registration form and pressing "Checkout" again will add another registration to your order.
