Click on Create Account on top bar, (or log in with your previously created NGIN account).  Use YOUR NAME and NOT your childs for the master account, (childs name will be entered during registration).  After completing the form, an email will be sent to your address to validate and activate the account.  You must click on the link provided in the email to activate the account before moving on to the registration. This only applies for the first time you create the account.  If email does not show up within a few minutes be sure to check your SPAM folder as the email may have been routed there. 

Some Internet Providers routinely block all new emails and send a validation email for confirmation.  As this is coming from an unmonitored mailbox, you will need to add no-reply@tstmedia.com  and  no-reply@www.cyba.org to your safe sender list or temporarily disable your spam filter. Without taking one of these actions, the activation email may not reach you.
