Conejo Youth Basketball Association

PO Box 6966, Thousand Oaks, CA. 91359

(CYBA) is a non-profit organization, located in Thousand Oaks, California. We provide a means of wholesome recreation to youths in the Conejo Valley area. All of our directors, coaches, and staff are volunteers.

We are a volunteer based organization passionately committed to serving and providing an environment for the youth of our community to play, grow and enjoy the game of basketball.

The CYBA basketball rules are modified CIF rules.

The Recreation League consists of about one thousand boys and girls in 1st through High School play in the CYBA intramural winter league (December thru March) as well as the Spring League (April thru June). There are over 100 teams in 11 divisions.

The Traveling Program is made up of more skilled players that compete against other local communities in the Ventura County Youth Basketball Conference (VCYBC).

During summer (mid June thru July), about four hundred kids play in the 3-on-3 Blacktop League.

To encourage academic excellence, Academic Awards are given to each player who achieves a "B" average or above during the winter basketball season. There are College Scholarships available for graduating high school seniors. For those who are economically disadvantaged, contacting the CYBA president may reduce fees.
